Article 10 of Act 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, sets out that the provider of information society services shall undertake to have the means to enable both the users of the service and the competent bodies to have access by electronic means, permanently, easily, directly and free of charge, to the following information:

Terms of use
Scope, object and reach
These provisions (hereinafter, the "TERMS OF USE") regulate access to and use of the website service that ALC makes available to Internet Users (hereinafter, the "USER/S”) through the domain www.agirrecenter.eus (hereinafter, the “WEBSITE”).
Notwithstanding the above, access to certain contents and the use of some of the services that ALC makes available to the USER through the WEBSITE may be subject to certain specific conditions (hereinafter, the “SPECIFIC CONDITIONS”) that, depending on the case, will replace, complete and/or modify these Terms of Use and that, in case of contradiction, will prevail over them. Such SPECIFIC CONDITIONS shall be made available to USERS on the WEBSITE itself.
Consequently, before accessing these contents and/or using these services, the USER must carefully read and, if applicable, accept the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS that regulate them as currently published at the time of the aforementioned access and/or use.
ALC reserves the right, at any time and without the need for any previous notice, to carry out any modification or update of the contents of these TERMS OF USE, as well as, if applicable, of the respective SPECIFIC CONDITIONS and, in general, of any parts that integrate the design and configuration of the WEBSITE, all within the limits imposed by (i) Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011 of 14 November 2011, which approved the Consolidated Text of the Public Sector Contracts Act with regard to the content hosted on the “Contractor’s Profile” section of the WEBSITE; as well as (ii) applicable legislation on transparency with respect to the contents that, as the case may be, ALC must place at the disposal of the public on the WEBSITE by virtue of the same.
The conditions of access and/or use published on the last update of the WEBSITE will apply, and those published at that time on the WEBSITE itself will apply to each visit.
By accessing the WEBSITE, the USER consents to and accepts, expressly and without reservation, these TERMS OF USE by virtue of which the WEBSITE’s use is determined, such acceptance having the same validity and effectiveness as any agreement entered into in writing and signed. In the event that the USER does not fully accept these TERMS OF USE, he/she will not be authorised to access the WEBSITE.
User registration and password
When the use of the WEBSITE and/or the access to certain contents and/or services made available by ALC through it (Private Area), require the registration of the USER, he/she will be responsible for providing truthful and legal information to that effect.
By means of this registration, which will be carried out in the form established for this purpose by ALC, the USER will be assigned (i) a login ID; and (ii) a password, which will allow him/her to log in, at any time, as a registered user of the WEBSITE.
The USER will be obliged to make diligent use of the ID and password assigned to him/her and will be responsible for its proper custody and confidentiality, agreeing not to assign their use to third parties, either temporarily or permanently, and not to allow access to outsiders.
In case of theft, loss or unauthorized access of the USER’s identifier and password, such USER will be responsible for immediately notifying ALC of such circumstance so that it may proceed to cancel it. Under no circumstances shall ALC be liable for the actions carried out by unauthorized third parties that use the User’s ID and password until the USER is notified.
Website access fees.
Unless otherwise provided for in the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS, access to the WEBSITE and its contents is free or charge, except for the cost of connection to the telecommunications network that the USER has contracted with his/her provider.
Industrial and intellectual property rights
All Industrial and Intellectual Property rights on the WEBSITE are legally reserved and access to them or their use by the USER should not be considered, in any way, as the granting of any license of use or right on any asset whose ownership or property corresponds to ALC and/or any third party. The present reservation of rights covers both (i) he external appearance (look and feel) and the code, design and browsing structure of the WEBSITE itself; and (ii) the contents that may be included and distributed through the WEBSITE in any format (i.e. informative articles, scientific works, experimental photographs, videos, etc.).
The use of any reference to trade names, trademarks, logos or other distinctive signs as may appear on the WEBSITE, whether registered or not, whether owned by ALC or third parties without the express consent of ALC or its legitimate owner is prohibited.
The information contained in the WEBSITE, as well as its design and the selection and form of presentation of the materials included in it may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, transformed, made available to the public or be subjected to any other similar activity, whatever its purpose and the means used for it, without the express consent of ALC.
Consequently, unless otherwise provided for in the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS, the USER may only view and use the content and services made available to him/her through the WEBSITE on a strictly personal and private basis, and provided that it is not for the purpose of developing business or professional activities with such content and/or services.
It is also forbidden to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, sub-license or transmit in any way, translate or make derivative works of the computer programs necessary for the operation, access and use of the WEBSITE. The USER must in all cases refrain from suppressing, altering, eluding or manipulating any protection device or security system that may be installed on the WEBSITE.
Responsibility and guarantee
Whoever uses the WEBSITE, does so at his/her own risk. BY accessing the WEBSITE, the USER agrees to (i) not to do anything that could damage the image, interests and rights of ALC or third parties or that could damage, disable or overload the WEBSITE or that could prevent, in any way, the normal use of it; and (ii) use it in a manner that is fully in accordance with the Laws and the uses of the traffic.
Consequently, the USER will be responsible to ALC and/or third parties, for any damages as may arise from the breach of such obligations.
ALC adopts the security measures it considers relevant to maintain the WEBSITE in running order and to detect the existence of viruses and harmful components. Nevertheless, the USER must be aware that the security measures of computer systems on the Internet are not entirely reliable and that, therefore, ALC cannot guarantee (i) the constant availability of the contents and services contained in the WEBSITE; (ii) the absence of errors in such contents or the correction of any defect that may occur; (iii) he absence of viruses or other harmful elements that may cause alterations in the USER’s computer systems (software and hardware) or his/her e-documents and files contained in them; nor (iv) he impregnability of the security measures adopted.
Likewise, ALC reserves the right to partially or totally interrupt the service, temporarily or permanently, in case of technical changes or breakdowns, and will notify this, if possible, through the WEBSITE or through any other means enabled for that purpose, all within the limits imposed by the Royal Legislative Decree 3/2011 of 14 November 2011, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Public Sector Contracts Act with regard to the content hosted on the “Contractor’s Profile” section of the WEBSITE; as well as (ii) applicable legislation on transparency with respect to the contents that, as the case may be, ALC must place at the disposal of the public on the WEBSITE by virtue of the same.

Throughout the WEBSITE, ALC makes technical link devices (such as buttons, links and banners) available to the USER that may lead to other Internet sites or portals belonging to and/or managed by third parties and over which ALC does not exercise any type of control (hereinafter, the “LINKED SITES”).
The USER must bear in mind that, by using such linking devices and accessing the LINKED SITES from the WEBSITE, these TERMS OF USE will no longer apply.
ALC does not know or in any way control the contents and services included in the LINKED SITES, and allowing these to be accessed through the WEBSITE does not imply, under any circumstances, (i) that ALC recommends or approves the contents and services hosted in the LINKED SITES; and/or (ii) that there is any type of relationship, collaboration or dependence between ALC and the person responsible for the LINKED SITE.
Consequently, ALC does not assume any kind of liability regarding the LINKED SITES and, therefore, it is not responsible for their operation, the contents and services hosted in them, or the links contained in such LINKED SITES.
In the event that the USER had effective knowledge of the illegality or unsuitability of the contents, services or any other activities carried out through a LINKED SITE, he/she must immediately notify ALC of the fact so that it may undertake such steps, as it may deem suitable, as the case may be.
Hyperlinks
The establishment of hypertext links (hyperlinks) on other sites or web pages is authorized, provided that they are directed to the home page of https://www.agirrecenter.eus or, where appropriate, to any other internal page (deep link) of the WEBSITE and that the corresponding pages appear in a full window and under their respective URL addresses, assuming their full responsibility and risk that may arise from establishing the hyperlink to the WEBSITE.
Any website or page with a hyperlink pointing to the WEBSITE may not state in any way that ALC has authorised such hyperlink, unless ALC has expressly done so in writing.
If the third party that places the hyperlink in its website or web page wishes to include in it the brand, name, commercial name, label, logo or any other identifying element owned by ALC and/or referring to the WEBSITE, such third party shall require prior express written consent from ALC.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the presentation of a page of the website https://www.agirrecenter.eus in a window of another website that does not belong to ALC through the technique called "framing" is expressly prohibited, unless have the express consent of ALC.
Likewise, the insertion of any type of content disseminated through https://www.agirrecenter.eus, in another site or web page other than the WEBSITE through the technique called "in line linking", is expressly prohibited, if it does not have the express consent of ALC.
Setting up a hyperlink in accordance with the above conditions shall not imply, under any circumstances, the existence of a relationship between ALC and the owner/party responsible for the website or web page where such hyperlink is included, nor the acceptance or approval by ALC of its contents and/or services.
In any case, ALC reserves the right to prohibit or disable any hyperlink to the WEBSITE at any time, particularly in cases of unlawful activity and/or content of the site or web page in which it is included.
