Collective sensemaking is an important part of the listening process, as well as the identification of listening channels, the people who participate or the preparation of questions. By collective interpretation spaces we mean spaces where we collectively interpret the information we acquire during the mapping and listening process. These are meeting places, workshops and events to which we invite a group of people with whom we want to contrast the information we have.
