The main goals of this partnership agreement are carrying out ethnographic research and contributing to the drafting of a report on the Basque case of socio economic transformation as well.

The agreement comes from a common interest shared by both parties on the values, narratives and strategic decisions that have been taken in the Basque area by public and private institutions during the last decades, leading to a particular socio-economic model that presents positive equality indicators combined with a competitive economy. Both elements co-existing at the same time is particularly interesting for the British centre.
