At the end of January, Plena Inclusión brought together the evaluation teams of the project on deinstitutionalization Mi Casa: una vida en comunidad for a work session. ALC presented its work in 6 territories with community connectors, with whom the center is co-creating the said role, accompanying them in a Learning Community.
The objective of the evaluation meeting was to share updates and observations of the first phase of the project in order to identify and establish connections between the different elements and teams (Fresno, Inico, Sustentia and ALC). After the session, a proposal for the next steps was articulated.
The project Mi Casa: una vida en comunidad, is a project in terms of deinstitutionalization led by Plena Inclusión, in which various local entities working with disabilities participate. ALCk collaborates in the project carrying out the developmental evaluation of the process.
ALCk presented the work within the two work stream:
Community: developmental accompaniment in six territories, Tenerife, Madrid, Toledo, Badajoz, Barcelona & Teruel.
Evaluation: developmental evaluation of the role of the community connector together with the learning community. Currently, ALCk facilitates a Learning Community on the community listening approach and tools with Plena Inclusión connectors in different territories. It is a first prototype experience for the connectors to deepen their learning together and test community listening tools as part of their processes.
After the conference, the proposal for the next steps was articulated.
