Agirre Lehendakaria Center is celebrating the X Anniversary inviting its local and international network of collaborators to a symposium and a public celebration event, to reflect on the challenges and opportunities of the present and future of Basque society.

With the participation of representatives from the local and international academic, political, social and institutional social innovation ecosystem, the morning symposium will feature thematic round-tables, while the afternoon will be dedicated to an open discussion on the challenges and opportunities of the Basque experience for sustainable human development.

The public event will include remarks by the Rector of the University of the Basque Country Eva Ferreira, Iñigo Urkullu Lehendakaria, President of the Basque Country and Juan José Ibarretxe Lehendakaria, former President of the Basque Country, as well as a four-way dialogue between Basque gastronomy, sports, business and culture. The anniversary celebration will culminate with a gastronomic event hosted by chef Daniel Lasa (Imago).
